Jeff's Mom received her Sisters Wall Hanging, yesterday and called us crying! She lives 1100 miles away. I can't explain the feeling when you make something to give away and the recipient truly loves it. That gratitude becomes priceless to the maker. Even though I did not make this one, Olivia did, I feel like I was part of it.
People who do not have a creative outlet are missing a whole world of challenge, excitement and satisfaction! Even more so, people who are greedy must be so incredible miserable!

I love your new Blog(s)! They are so encouraging and give great ideas to people interested in Cakes and Quilts! Tell Liv I love her sisters wall hanging. I also like Emma's quilt. But my favorite is the one of the barn. SO cute.
